Tuesday, July 1st - The day began at 09:25 as Paden City was notified to standby at Station 4 as Co. 2 was responding to a possible structure fire. At approx. 14:30 volunteers were notified for a rescue response with a child possibly pinned in a crib, child was extricated prior to arrival of Co. 4. Click Here To Continue.....

Tuesday, July 22nd - At 05:20 a severe storm dumped nearly 3" of rain in 30 minutes on the area. Creating several roadway obstructions, in addition to a gas leak in a residence on N. 2nd Ave.
Friday, July 25th - At 01:30 Co. 4 was alerted to a trash fire near Robinson and 5th Ave. Engine 5 arrived 4 minutes later to extinguish the blaze. The fire appears to be intentional, PCPD is investigating.

Thursday, August 14th - Early Thursday evening Co. 4 was alerted for a vehicle accident with possible entrapment. Rescue 6 responded and arrived on scene to find negative injuries and negative entrapment...

Saturday, August 16th - Tyler County requested Co. 4 to assist Sistersville Sta. 30 with a structure fire at Sistersville Nursing and Rehab Center. Engine 5 and Squad 4 responded with 9 units, crews assisted with ventilation and manpower.
Sunday, August 24th - Company 4 was alerted for a two vehicle accident near the "twin bridges." Rescue 6 arrived on scene with dual entrapment, crews quickly split duties between the two vehicles and all patients were extricated 10 minutes after arrival. Click For More Pictures

Monday, September 1st - While Co. 4 performed fundraising duties over Labor Day, members also responded to 4 emergencies including: Possible Respiratory Arrest, Structure Fire Standby, a Physical Rescue, and a Motor Vehicle Accident with Injuries.

September, 11th - As the years pass, let us not forget the civilians, EMS workers, Police Officers, and Firefighters who lost their lives that fateful morning in the terrorist attacks and we must pray for the troops serving our country...

Monday, October 6th - Co. 4 was alerted to assist Co. 2 New Martinsville with a "working" structure fire, Co. 2 arrived on-scene and initiated an interior attack with a quick "knockdown." Engine 5 and Squad 4 responded with 6 units and assisted in overhaul and clean-up

Friday, October 10th - Co. 4 along with Co. 2 were alerted for an MVA on Whiskey Run Friday afternoon however, all units returned as there were no injuries. Later Co. 4 responded to a vehicle 30' over an embankment on Paden Fork, all occupants were out on arrival. Co. 4 responded with 11 Units and 3 Trucks.
