Company 4 was alerted Wednesday Afternoon for a Two Vehicle Accident at the intersection of Buck Run Road and Willow Fork with unknown Injuries or Entrapment.  Rescue 6 and Tyler Medic 483 arrived on scene and confirmed negative entrapment with roadway blocked.  All parties signed medical care refusals, Company 4 worked with the Tyler County Sheriffs Office to clear the roadway and all units returned in service.
