Company 4 and Company 2 were notified early Thursday Morning for a "working" structure fire on 1st Ave in Paden City.   Engine 5 arrived on scene with a one story single family dwelling with heavy smoke conditions.  The crew made a quick interior attack extinguishing the fire in the living room portion of the house, additional crews ventilated and performed primary searches of the structure.  Within 10 minutes the fire was under control and Chief 4 held the box assignment to units on-scene with Company 2 providing coverage of the "riverfront."  The cause of the fire is under investigation by members of the Paden City Vol. Fire Company.
